Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar is stepping into the shoes of a host for the reality show The Traitors, which will be the ultimate test of “trust and betrayal” and will premiere on June 12.

The show is an Indian adaptation of IDTV’s BAFTA and Emmy award-winning global format The Traitors, in collaboration with All3Media International and produced by BBC Studios India Productions. It will feature 20 distinguished celebrities from various spheres.

The Traitors is one of the fastest-growing reality show formats in the world, with over 35 adaptations across more than 30 countries.

Karan took to Instagram, where he shared the teaser of the upcoming show and hinted on who all will be coming with lines such as “yahan hongi woh rebel jo kid hote huye bhi badhi baatein karti hai,”kuch woh jo apne outfits ke saharein hi dikh paate hai,” “jo karte has mask ke peeche controversies,” “not to forget those, jo chuckles ke chakkar main chakki peacing karen lage,” “and jiski like is fabulous because of me. Thank me later, darling.”

He added: “ I’ll be your host… where no one is anyone’s true friend. Welcome to The Traitors… where trust ends and the game begins. Rise and shine. It’s betrayal time.”

For the caption, Karan wrote: Yahan trust is rare, but dhokha is everywhere! #TheTraitorsOnPrime, a new reality series coming on June 12 only on @primevideoin.”

Khushi Kapoor and Orhan Awatramani were in France together.

They were supporting Janhvi Kapoor during her Cannes Film Festival debut.

Khushi Kapoor and Orhan Awatramani aka Orry are currently in France, showing love and support for Khushi’s elder sister and Orry’s BFF, Janhvi Kapoor, who made her big Cannes Film Festival debut this month.

On Friday, Khushi Kapoor dropped a bunch of pictures from her time in France, and while the entire photo dump was packed with fun moments, one goofy snap with Orry totally stole the show.

In the standout pic, Khushi and Orry are seen chilling on the deck of a yacht. The duo was wrapped up in blankets. Khushi’s radiant smile, Orry’s signature pout, and their matching black sunglasses – pure vibe.

Another shot shows them enjoying softies with their friend Tania Shroff. In one picture, Khushi and Orry are twinning in white as they stroll through the streets of France – major BFF goals!

Rajkummar Rao is a doting husband and he has fired a cook for disrespecting his wife Patralekhaa. Rajkummar, recently, appeared on comedian Raunaq Rajani’s YouTube show, where he revealed this anecdote.

During the episode, Raunaq shared that he didn’t muster the courage of firing a cook who disrespected his wife. Rajkummar took the opportunity to tell the crowd that he actually “did” the thing in reality. 

Rajkummar said, “I’ll tell you an example from our house, and guys, see the difference. We had a cook, he must’ve been around 50. A great cook! For the first time in my life, I was getting vegetarian Mexican food. Otherwise it would just be some hari sabzi and rice.”

He continued, “He made a great Mexican platter for me, and after two days, Patra told me, ‘Listen, this guy doesn’t talk nicely to me. I think there’s some issue’. And I could figure out. On the third day, when Patra asked him something, he made a face. But with me, he’d talk with a lot of respect. You know what I did? 

I called him and said, ‘Aap apna bag pack kijiye aur chale jaiye’. (Please pack your bag and leave).” The crowd applauded Rajkummar for taking a stand for his wife.

Rajkummar and Patralekhaa are one of those couples who always cheer for each other. They share appreciating posts about each other’s work.

Patralekhaa addressed the assumption that her journey in the industry must have been easier due to her association with Rajkummar Rao. 

In an earlier interview, the actress said, “Kyunki aapko lagta hai meri zindagi aasaan ho sakti hai ki mere husband… ya mere tab ke boyfriend… itne famous thay. But it’s never easy if you are trying to establish yourself as an individual, to have your own career graph… it’s very difficult. (People assume my life must’ve been easy because my husband, or then boyfriend, was so famous. But it’s never easy when you’re trying to build your own path and career graph. It’s very difficult.)”

Patralekhaa and Rajkummar Rao got married in November 2021.

Allu Arjun wishes Raghavendra Rao a happy 83rd birthday today.

The actor shared a heartfelt Instagram collage and tribute to his mentor.

Raghavendra Rao launched Allu Arjun’s career with the film Gangotri in 2003.

Allu Arjun has extended warm greetings to his “guruji” Raghavendra Rao. The legendary filmmaker, known for his work in Telugu cinema, turned 83 today (May 23). On the special day, Allu Arjun posted a collage on Instagram Stories, accompanied by a heartfelt wish. 

Allu Arjun wrote, “Wishing a very Happy Birthday to my guruji Raghavendra Rao garu. My first director. The man who launched me into films. Gratitude forever (black heart emoji).” 

The post came with two pictures. One is a throwback gem featuring a young Allu Arjun. The Pushpa star is seen having a deep conversation with Raghavendra Rao. The other image is a more recent one. Here, Allu Arjun, looking dapper in a black tuxedo, poses with the filmmaker. The duo share beaming smiles.

Due to the India-Pakistan conflict, many Indian concerts are postponed.

Her Mumbai concert, rescheduled from May 10, will happen soon.

Ghoshal thanked fans on Instagram for their patience and support.

Shreya Ghoshal is one of the most versatile Indian singers in the industry, who can sing in a horde of languages namely Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Bengali, Telugu, and Marathi. She was also the judge in the last season of Indian Idol along with rapper Badshah and music composer Vishal Dadlani.

Due to the ongoing India-Pakistan conflict, several Indian singers have cancelled or postponed their concerts. Out of respect and in solidarity with the country’s current situation, artists have been taking thoughtful decisions in the entertainment industry.

Shreya Ghoshal’s Mumbai concert was initially planned for May 10, 2025, which had been postponed earlier due to Operation Sindoor.

Even though fans were disappointed, Shreya Ghoshal promised that she will soon be back with the announcement of new dates. She has finally taken to Instagram to share the good news.

The post read, “Mumbai!! New date alert. Thank you for your love, patience and understanding. As promised, we are coming back stronger and here to heal All Hearts with love and music. See you in just a few days @jioworldgarden.”

As always, with a career spanning decades, Bollywood chartbusters to regional gems – her Mumbai concert promises a night of nostalgia, music, and powerful vocals.

Some of the other Indian singers who have called off their concerts, amid the India-Pakistan tensions are Arijit Singh, Shankar Mahadevan, Papon, and Usha Uthup.
